- Differentiation of rental and terraced houses:
Rental houses are isolated and positioned in the heart of the estate, whereas the terraced houses are placed at the entrance of the estate.
- All the houses organize themselves around an L type geometry, corresponding to day and night spaces. Their designs are broken down into three modules which, when assembled, adapt themselves to each plot.
- Each house has a double orientated living room and an accentuated slanted roof in order to optimize the volume of the house in an environmental logic.
